The Manager on duty was very professional and prompt, very helpful. She did a great job of managing the space with multiple customers at the same time. I do believe public storage should have two people between certain hours when you have four people getting new storages and three making payments the phone is ringing you have to walk people outside to see the units. I think she did a wonderful managing all tasks and very professional but public storage should consider changing their process.

When I first arrived at the storage my reservation was all messed up the young lady who made the reservation online told me that they had the size unit I needed to accommodate my situation and the storages of that size were all accupied , The young lady Brittany that was taking care of me was very passionate and understanding need more workers like her I gave the storage 5 star's Brittany conversation, and effort with finding me a storage unit in my time of need made me feel good about using Public Storage

My interaction with the customer service agent/rep was pleasant and hassle-free. The concerns I have are how dimly lit (dark) the property is once the sun goes down. It's pitch black. During the summer months when the days ate longer, it's not a problem, but 7:30 pm in September is night time and I don't feel safe going to my unit after sundown. It would be nice if the units were swept & dusted for cobwebs before a new tenant moves their things in.
